In the event of an error, Fill-Rite will address it promptly and efficiently. Our goal is to ensure that you are satisfied and not at a disadvantage due to any issues with your order.


Return Procedures

  • Return Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If we need to arrange a collection, charges will apply.
  • Faulty Items: Faulty items will be handled according to our Warranty Policy, which aims to provide a satisfactory resolution.
  • Packaging Conditions: To qualify for a refund, products must be returned in their original, undamaged packaging. Refunds cannot be processed if the packaging has been tampered with or opened.
  • Change-of-Mind: We apologize, but we do not accept returns for change-of-mind situations.
  • Custom Orders: Custom orders are non-returnable as they are tailored specifically to your requirements.
  • Resolution Options: Faulty goods will be repaired, replaced, or credited at our discretion, depending on the situation and our assessment.

Spare Parts & Replacements

  • Pre-Dispatched Parts: If spare parts or replacements are dispatched before the return of the original item, you will be invoiced with a returns number for your records.
  • Labor Costs: Please note that labor costs for repairs or replacements are not covered by Fill-Rite.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds: Refunds will be processed to the original form of payment. Fill-Rite does not offer store credit or gift cards for returned products.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Fillrite.com does not accept returns on customized or Assembled to Order (ATO) products, nor on items purchased from third-party sources outside Fill-Rite Company-owned websites. For exchanges, please return the item(s) for a full refund and place a new order on fillrite.com for the correct item.
  • Shipping Costs: All original and return shipping costs are non-refundable. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, merchandise must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging.

Fill-Rite Company does not offer price matching with retailers, dealers, or competitors.
